Aizza is a qualified Architect who has more than 10 years of experience in Interior Architecture, Design and Decoration in the Middle East.
As a practicing interior designer, Aizza has participated in the design for luxury residences, government offices, retail interiors and 5-star hotel projects, involved mainly in concept design, interior detailing, space planning and material selection and specification.
Aizza has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture which she has received from University of the Philippines in 2006.
Three years after her graduation, Aizza also successfully passed the US Green Building exam for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, which gave her the title of LEED Accredited Professional for new construction.
In 2011, she has been affiliated with Mensa International realizing an IQ level of 139, placing in the 99th percentile amongst exam takers.
Aizza has gained her professional license in 2013, being the top 5 board placer the Middle East and North Africa region for the Special Philippine Licensure Board Exam.
Her teaching experience has dawned upon being selected as the Head of Academics for the Review Program for the 2014 SPLBE Licensure exam, organized by the United Architects of the Philippines which was held in the American College of Dubai. Along with this, she has held lectures in the same review program for selected subjects.

Apart from her role as a volunteer educator, Aizza also served as the head of the Committee on Professional Development for United Architects of the Philippines. Some of the projects she has led were the informal study sessions for the revisions for the LEED GA exam as well as the Revit classes held in the ACD.
In 2014, Aizza has received a certificate of completion from Open Online Academy for her participation in the lecture series and design competition on Designing Resilient Schools, a course held to conduct studies, research and design concept for an educational facility in the Philippines to withstand the increasing occurrences of natural calamities due to the effects of global warming.
Aizza is also a member of the American Institute of Architects as an International Associate from 2014.
